I’m Mike Rapson and I am the District Commissioner for West London Scout District.

I have been involved in Scouting since I was 10 (many years now!) and was a Scout and a Venture Scout. As a Venture Scout I gained the Queen’s Scout Award. I have been an Assistant Scout Leader with two Scout Troops and a Scout Leader, also with two Troops. I have been the Assistant District Commissioner for Scouts and Youth Programme in the former District of Kensington, Chelsea and the City of Westminster and more recently the District Commissioner of the same District. I also had the honour of being the County Scout Leader in the former County of Greater London Central.

West London has now been in existence since September 2004 and I am proud to lead the young people and Leaders in the District.
