Beavers

Beaver Scouts are young people usually aged between six and eight years old. They belong to the first and youngest Section in the Scouting family. They usually meet once a week to take part in a wide variety of games and activities that are tailored to help their personal and social development. They are introduced to new firends and develop interpersonal skills with both their peers and adults, as well as learning a wide range of practical skills throughout their time within Beavers.

Throughout the year, Beavers take part in District activities that include; weekend trips, outings, competitions, sports and crafts. Beavers have a great deal of fun whilst learing important issues like the enviroment, recycling and animal welfare.
