My name is Nicholas Zaymes.

I am the Assistant District Commissioner for the Scouting Section.

I have been a member of the scouting association for the last 19 years when I joined as a cub. I started my scouting in South Africa and achieved my Springbok Award, which is the highest award issued to a scout in South Africa. I followed on with scouting as a leader and became an assistant cub leader and a scout leader for 6 years while keeping well involved with the district section. I moved to London in 2001 where I was eployed by a company due to my scouting backround. I have been helping with a group for almost 4 years as an assistant in the sections (Beavers, Cubs, Scouts). I intend to share my knowledge to encourage future scouting.
