My name is Roy Masini and I am the Assistant District Commissioner - General Duties.

I have been in Scouting for most of my life. I joined the 4th Streatham Sea Scouts as a cub and still have a warrant with the Group. In my time I have been an ASL, SL, Asst. GSL, ADC, DC and ACC in London.

I was also recently appointed Archivist to Dockland Scout Project and I am writing a book on the history of Sea Scouting.
